Just wanted to Thank you for the sample recipes you posted on your site. I'm a vegetarian with an egg-free diet and love my cakes and cookies. I've been searching high and low for egg free good cake and cookie recipes to try. Some that I tried from the Net didn't work out. Reading your tips and advice, I think I know where I went wrong. I was totally intrigued by your gluten-free seitan recipes! Especially as I am also allergic to soy, so my protein options are somewhat limited. It is really wonderful that you have developed these recipes.

I just want to say a big THANK YOU! My daughter is 4 and allergic to eggs, and I feel so sorry for her when she goes to parties and can't eat the cakes and muffins. Now that I have your recipes, I can make her yummy cakes and muffins so she doesn't feel like she is missing out. So again, THANK YOU!!
